I think that a more appropriate name for this product would be "Foaming Gold". I think that this has made a significant difference in the strength and health of my hair. I use it every time I wash my hair, mostly on the ends. I have noticed that it does not weighs my hair down so I am not conservative, but I have heard from others that it is a little too heavy for their hair.
